Quote Time Frame
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Warranty
We warrant the parts we manufacture to meet the purchase order and engineering prints you provide. All customer-requested deviations must be emailed with a redlined print provided and confirmed with an email response from HD MANUFACTURING LLC dba HD MACHINING SOLUTIONS. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Order Cancellation
Orders are custom manufactured. You may not CANCEL an order once it has been placed. HD MANUFACTURING LLC dba HD MACHINING SOLUTIONS, at its sole discretion, may permit a customer to cancel an order and may charge a fee not to exceed 3% of the total order value plus all costs incurred including parts completed, materials, tooling, and labor if a customer requests such a cancellation.
Payment Terms
Invoices are to be paid by the agreed to Terms and Due Date or be subject to a monthly finance charge/late fee of 2% of the total invoice (minimum of $30). In addition to check, Wire, and ACH, HD MANUFACTURING LLC dba HD MACHINING SOLUTIONS accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. A 3.5% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.

All orders are shipped FOB Elizabethton, TN.
